One working day for enquiries, same day for anything inside the next two weeks. If it's urgent, WhatsApp is faster than email.
No. The first moodboard and quote are free. Detailed 3D renders are a paid add-on, adjusted against your booking if you go ahead.
A 30% advance holds the date and starts fabrication. The balance is split between one week before and the morning of the event.
Please do — call ahead so a design lead is free. The Ambattur workshop is where the props are built; the Kilpauk studio is where we meet clients.
